Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on August 26, 2021 by Marquetta Shanice Cox and Corey Allen Cox, wife and husband, as Joint Tenancy with Right of Survivorship, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. dba Silverton Mortgage, and recorded in Mortgage Book 2021 at Page 47600 on August 26, 2021, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Morgan County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Planet Home Lending, LLC as reflected by instrument recorded in MISC Book 2026, Page 5174 of the same Office. LOGS Legal Group LLP, as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on November 3, 2026, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder at the main entrance of the Morgan County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Decatur, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Morgan County, Alabama, to wit:
