You are hereby summoned and required to file an answer to the petition within fourteen days (14) from the date of the first publication of this notice. Your answer must be served upon the Petitioners’ attorney, Cassy James, 210 W. Tennessee St., Florence, AL 35630.
You are also required to file your answer with the Circuit Court Clerk in Lauderdale County, AL. If you fail to file an answer within the time allowed, judgment by default may be taken against you and your parental rights may be terminated.
