Notice is hereby given to all parties that you are hereby notified that the 25th day of August 13, 2024, CV-2024-900326, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Alabama, seeking Quiet Title to the following described property in Lauderdale County, Alabama, to wit:

All persons claiming any right, title or interest in the above-described property, or lien or encumbrance, must plead, answer or defend against said herein described Complaint within the time allowed by law, and in case of failure to appear and defend, a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
