Definitions of establishments, places, and premises permitted to apply for license to sell alcohol. Of the Code of Florence, Alabama, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: Entertainment and recreational facilities selling alcohol. Premises or places where the principal purpose is entertainment and recreational in nature and where alcoholic beverages are offered for sale: which are limited to beer and table wine; for on-premises consumption; are restricted to bowling alleys, billiard parlors, golf courses, virtual golf facilities, and arcades as a secondary function to the primary function of entertainment and recreation. May apply for the following licenses: retail table wine license for on-premises consumption and retail beer license for on-premises consumption.
