MANUFACTURED DWELLING AND CONTENTS PUSURANT TO §35-12A-1-12 CODE OF ALABAMA 1975,
AS AMENDED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO 35-12A-8:
The abandoned manufactured home located at 799 County Road 245, Moulton, Alabama 35650 will be sold at public auction on the 19th day of June, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Said auction will be conducted by counsel for the landowner.
Said manufactured home is believed to be owned by Charles Roden.
The property owner shall be allowed to bid on and purchase said abandoned manufactured home in order to recover outstanding rental amounts owed.
