PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Centers for the Developmentally Disabled, North Central Alabama, Inc. is applying to the Alabama Department of Transportation for a federal capital funding award under Section 5310 of the Federal Transit Act. This funding is for capital assistance to help meet the transportation needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities in Lawrence and Cullman counties. A public hearing will be held on June 11, 2026, from 10am – 11am at CDD, NCA, Inc.’s Central Office at 1602 Church St SE; Decatur, AL, 35601 for public comments.
