NOTICE OF COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that Grayson Carter & Son Contracting, Inc., Contractor, has completed the Contract for Contract #MCED-2024-003 Hot Bituminous Plant Mix In-Place at Paving and Millling Various Roadways within Morgan County for the State of Alabama and the (County) (City) of Morgan County, Multiple Cities/Towns Owner(s), and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Morgan County Engineering Department, 580 Shull Road NE, Hartselle, AL 35640.
