The City Council of the City of Decatur, Alabama, will consider at their regular meeting of December 15, 2025, at 10:00 am in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 402 Lee Street, N.E., the proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur set forth in Ordinance No.25-4621, as published in The Decatur Daily on November 18, 2025.

The property being considered for Rezoning is a tract of land containing 17.35 +\- acres zoned R-2, Single-Family Residential, to R-1E, Residential Estate, located at 2926 Old Moulton Road SW.
At said hearing all persons will have the right and are invited to be present and to be heard either for or against the adoption of said amendment.
