NOTICE is hereby given that Melanie Little, has filed a Petition pursuant to Alabama Small Estate Act as to decedent’s estate pursuant to Code of Alabama, 1975 § 43-2-690 et seq., as amended, and it appears to the Court that said petition is in the proper form.
Any Person having any objection to the Summary Distribution of said estate shall make the same known in writing filed with this Court not later than 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
