MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage from SUI VUNG, AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL, AND CEU HU KHAM, SPOUSE OF NEM KUNG (whether one or more, the “Grantor”) to STONE BANK (the “Grantee”), dated September 1, 2022, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate for Lawrence County, Alabama, in Book 856, Page 397 on September 6, 2022 (the “Mortgage”), the undersigned, STONE BANK, as Mortgagee under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash on the steps of the main entrance of the Lawrence County Courthouse, on October 29, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Lawrence County, Alabama, to wit:

Tract 1:
A certain tract or parcel of land located in the S 1/2 of SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, containing 3-1/2 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Begin at the SE corner of Section 16 and run thence North along the East boundary of said Section 16,660 feet to a point in the centerline of a gravel road; thence West along the centerline of the gravel road, 858 feet to the true Point of Beginning, from said true Point of Beginning continue to run West along the centerline of the gravel road, 480 feet to a point which is the center of a blacktop road; thence South along the centerline of a blacktop road, 333 feet to a point; thence East 487 feet to a point; thence North 333 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Tract 2:
A certain tract or parcel of land containing 3-1/2 acres, more or less, being located in the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commence at the SE corner of Section 16, and run thence West along the south boundary of said Section 16, 858 feet to the true Point of Beginning, from said true Point of Beginning, continue thence west along the south boundary of Section 16, 495 feet to a point, which point is in the centerline of a blacktop county road; thence North 333 feet to a point; thence East 487 feet to a point; thence South 333 feet to the true Point of Beginning.
Tract 3:
A certain tract or parcel of land containing 10 acres, more or less, located In the South ½ of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the SE corner of Section 16 and run thence North along the East boundary of said Section 16, 660 feet to a point which is the centerline of a gravel road; Thence West along the centerline of said gravel road, 198 feet to the true Point of Beginning, from said true Point of Beginning, continue thence West along the centerline of the gravel road, 660 feet to a point; thence South 660 feet to the South boundary Section 16; thence East along the South boundary of Section 16, 660 feet to a point; thence North 660 feet to the true Point of Beginning.
Tract 4:
A certain tract or parcel of land located in the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, and in the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, containing in the aggregate 23 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as follows, to-with: Begin at the SE corner of Section 16 aforesaid, which Is the true Point of Beginning, and from said true Point of Beginning, run thence North along the East boundary of Section 16, 660 feet to a point in the centerline of a gravel road; thence West along the centerline of the gravel road, 198 feet; thence South 660 feet to the South boundary of Section 16, thence East along the South boundary of Section 16, 198 feet, more or less, to the true Point of Beginning. A certain tract or parcel of land containing
10.4 acres, more or less, being located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 15, Township 7 South, Range 9 West, and run North along the West line of said section a distance of 1320 feet more or less, to the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 15, thence run East along the North line of said quarter-quarter section a distance of 220 feet to the true Point of Beginning; thence from true Point of Beginning, run East a distance of 1100 feet to a point In the center of a gravel road, thence run South along the center of said gravel road 808 feet to a point in the center of an intersection of two gravel roads; thence run West along the center of gravel road 317 feet to a point; thence run North 521 feet to a point in the center of a drain-ditch, thence run West along the center of said drain ditch 783 feet to a point; thence run North 251 feet to the true Point of Beginning.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage as well as expenses for foreclosure.
