YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 15th day of July, 2025, a certain paper in writing, a Petition for Letters Testamentary and appointment of a Personal Representative in the estate of Macteen Posey Holmes, deceased was filed in my office by Hon. Buddie R. Brown, Jr. attorney for Tammy Dotson Wright for petition in the estate of Macteen Posey Holmes and that the 11th day of September, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. was appointed a day for hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same, if you see proper.
