MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated December 6, 2006 executed by Jonathan Shane Davis and Kelley Davis, husband and wife, in favor of Option One Mortgage Corporation, said Mortgage being recorded December 7, 2006, in Book 706, Page 316, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama; having later been assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3 by instrument recorded in Book 151, Page 413, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Lawrence County, Alabama on 09/16/2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Lawrence County, Alabama, to-wit:
All that certain parcel of land situated in the Town of Moulton, County of Lawrence and State of Alabama, being known and designated as Lot Numbered 9 in Oak Meadows Subdivision in the Town of Moulton, Lawrence County, Alabama, according to the map and plat thereof in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrrence County, Alabama, in Plat Book 2, Page 63.
