MORGAN COUNTY
IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF JERRY DAVID HEMBREE
TO PROBATE THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BILLY FAYE HEMBREE, DECEASED.
TO: Megan Hembree, Whereabouts Unknown.
AND TO ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW AND NEXT OF KIN, IF ANY THERE BE, WHETHER THEY BE MINORS OR PERSON OF UNSOUND MIND.
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE that on the 24TH day of June, 2025, presented to the Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of BILLY FAYE HEMBREE, deceased, and also filed therewith their petition, in writing, praying for order of the Court of admitting said instrument to probate as the Last Will and Testament of BILLY FAYE HEMBREE, deceased, and that the 9th day of September, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock AM, was appointed as a day and time for hearing said petition, at which time you can appear and contest, if you see proper.
