Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated August 13, 2021 executed by Deneesya Hays an unmarried woman, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Trustmark National Bank, said Mortgage being recorded August 13, 2021, in RLPY Book 2021, Page 50855, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama; having later been assigned to Trustmark National Bank by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2022, Page 59556, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Trustmark National Bank, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Lauderdale County, Alabama on 09/12/2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Lauderdale County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot No. 11, in Block 12, University Heights No. 2, according to the plat of said University Heights No. 2, recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lauderdale County, Alabama, in new Plat Book No. 2, Page 91, said Lot No. 11 fronts 100 feet on the Northwardly line of Garfield Avenue, and extends back Northwardly between parallel lines 200 feet to an alley, lying and being in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 3, Range 11 West.
