NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

MARSHALL COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN
2025 – 2035
Marshall County Commission hereby provides notice of a public hearing related to the development of its comprehensive solid waste management plan. The Public Hearing will address various aspects of solid waste management such as generation, collection, transportation, disposal, recycling, composting, and other waste management alternatives which have been affected by §§ 22-27-047, et seq., Code of Alabama (1975), referred to as the Solid Wastes and Recyclable Materials Management Act (SWRMMA).
Public Comment Period begins July 2, 2025, and ends August 13, 2025.
