In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that Moore Contracting LLC has completed the contract for the New Masonry Screen Wall for the Waterworks and Sewer Board for the City of Guntersville with Emmett Smith Architect and Associates, and has made request for final settlement of said contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Jason Moore at P.O. Box 464, Guntersville, Alabama 35976.
