LEGAL NOTICE OF PROJECT COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39-1-1(f), Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is hereby given that SP&J General Contractors, Inc., has completed the Public Works Contract LCC-FY24-01, Hatton Youth Park Concession Stand, located on County Road 236 in Lawrence County, Alabama. Said Park owned by Lawrence County Commission. Project completion date, June 25, 2025. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify Lance Pace, President of SP&J General Contractors, Inc. at P.O. Box 610, Trinity, AL 35673.
