YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 20th day of March, 2025, a certain paper in writing, a motion for a hearing date be set for an Annual Settlement and Accounting. A request for the Personal Representative to submit an Annual Accounting, Inventory, vouchers, bank statements and/or other documentation was filed in my office by Hon, John Eric Burnum, Attorney for Deborah Jean Henry. The 3rd day of June, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. was appointed a day for hearing thereof, at which time you can appear and contest the same, if you see proper.
