Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Christopher D. Randall, a single man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Southpoint Bank, its successors and assigns , on August 7, 2020, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, on August 11, 2020 at MORT Book 830, at Page 471; WHEREAS, the aforesaid mortgage was subsequently modified on October 11, 2022, and said modification being recorded on November 14, 2022 at MORT Book 858, at Page 99.
