NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Ricky L. Williams and Britney L. Williams to Bank Independent on the 20th day of February, 2014, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 777, Page 461, the undersigned Bank Independent, as mortgagee under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Courthouse at Moulton, Lawrence County, Alabama, on the 30th day of December, 2024, during the legal hours of sale the following described real estate situated in Lawrence County, Alabama, to-wit:

527.26 feet to the SW corner of said tract; thence N 6°38’34” W a distance of
547.45 feet to a point; thence S 84° 42’ 56” E a distance
341.98 feet to a point and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 17° 15’ 32” E a distance of
628.91 feet to a point; thence N 64° 17’ 05” E a distance of
350.46 feet to a point; thence S 15° 22’ 06” W a distance of
226.56 feet to a point; thence S 88° 06’ 04” E a distance of
156.84 feet to a point in the center of a gravel access drive; thence along said centerline S 18° 20’ W a distance of
596.88 feet to a point; thence N 84°42’56” W a distance of
416.13 feet back to the True Point of Beginning.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
