Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jonathan Izaak Davis, a single man, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for SouthPoint Bank, on February 25, 2022, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, in MORT Book 850 Page 64; the undersigned PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Moulton, Lawrence County, Alabama, on May 21, 2024, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lawrence County, Alabama, to-wit: A certain lot or tract of land, together with all improvements thereon, being particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 6 South, Range 7 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, and thence run East a distance of 150 feet; thence run North a distance of 185 feet; thence run West a distance of 150 feet to the East right-of-way line of Alabama Highway No. 33; thence run South along said right-of-way line a distance of 185 feet, to the point of beginning. Said lot or parcel of land lying in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 6 South, Range 7 West, Lawrence County, Alabama, and containing .64 acres, more or less. Said property being the same property conveyed to Mary Dean Parrish by deed dated April 28, 1960, and recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, in Deed Book 67, at Page 272.
