Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Mable B. Smith, a widow, to United States of America acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, on December 1, 1993, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lawrence County, Alabama, on December 1, 1993 at Book 554, at Page 698.
