ON VACATION OF PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD 197
A petition having been filed by Trica & Erin Stockwell to vacate all that portion of County Road 197 which is entirely located within the boundary lines of the following real estate presently owned solely by Trisha & Erin Stockwell, to-wit: Lawrence County Parcel Numbers 24-06-13-0-000-023.003, 24-06-13-0-000-023.005 located in Section 13, Township 8 South, Range 6 West all in Lawrence County Alabama, notice is hereby given that the Lawrence County Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed vacation on the 14th day of February, 2025 at 8:45 AM in the meeting room of the Lawrence County Commission located at 12001 Hwy 157, Moulton, AL 35650.
